Regarding socioeconomic indicators for 2025, the sector has fulfilled all mandates set by the National Assembly. Health insurance coverage has surpassed 95% of the population. Service capacity has also seen marked improvement, reaching 15 doctors and 34.5 hospital beds per 10,000 residents. Furthermore, public satisfaction with healthcare services remains high, exceeding 90%.
Legal reforms and infrastructure development Despite post-pandemic challenges, the sector has prioritized institutional breakthroughs. Over the past five years, the passage of five major laws and nearly 200 circulars has helped resolve long-standing issues such as medication and medical equipment shortages. Key national medical projects have also been expedited to enhance public access to high-quality treatment.
