Facility Readiness: Hospitals in Hanoi have designated 5-10 emergency beds each, ensuring immediate admission capacity upon request.

On-site Presence: Specialized medical units and ambulances will be stationed 24/7 at key venues starting from the afternoon of January 18.

Inter-agency Collaboration: The Military Medical Department contributes 9 medical teams and a disaster relief squad, while the Police Medical Department provides additional specialized support units.
In addition to emergency medical services, stringent measures for disease prevention, food safety, and water quality monitoring are being enforced at accommodation sites through the cooperation of the Food Safety Agency and Hanoi CDC. A dedicated coordination handbook has been distributed to streamline communication across all departments. The Medical Subcommittee leadership underscored the importance of professional excellence and accountability, ensuring that expert consultants are always available to make critical decisions throughout the event.
