State Securities Commission Revokes Public Company Status of Trieu An Hospital

Revocation of Public Corporate Status The State Securities Commission of Vietnam has officially issued a decision to revoke the public company status of Trieu An Private General Hospital Joint Stock Company. The Ho Chi Minh City-based private healthcare enterprise is legally represented by Mr. Tram Be, who also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Regulatory Violations and Compliance Failures Prior to this deregistration, the securities market regulator had imposed administrative fines on Trieu An Hospital for breaches of information disclosure regulations. The company was found to have delayed the submission of multiple mandatory corporate documents on the State Securities Commission’s official disclosure portal by 15 days or more past the statutory deadlines.

The delinquent documents included:

  • The reviewed semi-annual consolidated financial statements for 2024.

  • The audited annual financial statements for 2024.

  • Multiple separate and consolidated financial records throughout 2025.

  • Corporate governance reports covering the 2024–2025 period and the 2025 annual report.

Financial Status and Institutional Background According to the latest available shareholder data, the hospital’s financial disclosures are only updated through the third quarter of 2025. As of late September 2025, the enterprise recorded total assets exceeding 1,000 billion VND, with undistributed post-tax profits standing at approximately 122 billion VND. For the 2025 fiscal year, Trieu An’s annual general meeting had approved a target revenue of 820 billion VND and a pre-tax profit goal of 69 billion VND.

Trieu An Hospital was established in 2001 by co-founders Mr. Tram Be, Dr. Nguyen Hai Nam, and Mr. Lam Trung Luong during the initial phase of the state’s healthcare socialization initiative.
