On the morning of February 3, 2026, the construction of the Center for Research and Application of Traditional Medicine and Herbal Remedies officially commenced at the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Traditional Medicine. Research & Production: Modern laboratories supporting the entire pharmaceutical process, from extraction and vacuum concentration to final packaging. Standardized cold storage and pharmaceutical warehouses are included to ensure herbal quality.

High-Tech Clinical Care: Equipped with advanced diagnostic imaging such as CT, MRI, and X-ray machines, alongside specialized treatment areas for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, and acupressure.

Training & Experiential Spaces: Facilities for human resource development and experiential zones for the public (herbal tea and natural fragrance experiences) to enhance awareness of traditional medical values.
The facility is expected to become the leading center for traditional medicine and herbal remedies in Southern Vietnam, addressing the growing healthcare needs of a metropolitan area with over 14 million people.
