Starting January 19, 2026, a new professional cooperation model has been officially implemented in Binh Minh Commune (Hanoi) through a partnership with Ha Dong General Hospital. Under this initiative, high-level medical staff and modern technical equipment have been deployed directly to the local health station to operate an “on-site” healthcare service for residents.
As part of this collaboration, the health station has been upgraded with diagnostic tools such as ultrasound and ECG machines, along with a laboratory sampling system integrated with the hospital’s database. Local residents can now access a full range of specialties—including internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry, and ENT—at their doorstep while maintaining full health insurance benefits.
Hanoi health officials stated that bringing high-quality resources to the grassroots level is a key strategy for strengthening local medical capacity. This model not only relieves pressure on major hospitals but also provides convenience by reducing travel costs and time for patients, particularly the elderly requiring management of chronic conditions.
