On December 22, a medical equipment handover ceremony took place as Hữu Nghị Hospital received a new specialized ambulance. This donation, provided by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), represents a total investment of nearly 2.7 billion VND.
The addition of this vehicle is directly aimed at improving the speed and quality of patient transport during critical situations. During the ceremony, senior representatives from the bank’s board of directors and the hospital’s management confirmed the vital role of modernizing medical transport infrastructure in overall treatment effectiveness.
The donor’s leadership emphasized that this contribution serves as a practical gesture of gratitude for the professional medical support the hospital has provided to their workforce, particularly in preventive healthcare programs. On the medical side, hospital officials stated that this new asset will be deployed immediately to elevate service standards, ensuring the public has access to superior emergency conditions.
