The Drug Administration of Vietnam, under the Ministry of Health, has officially invalidated the cosmetic product notification receipts and ordered a market withdrawal for 77 items managed by Ucanrely Co., Ltd (located in Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi).
This administrative action was triggered by the company’s failure to present Product Information Files (PIF) to the relevant authorities as required by law. The absence of these documents constitutes a violation of current health regulations, necessitating corrective measures in accordance with Government Decrees on administrative penalties in the medical field.
In response, local health departments across the country have been instructed to notify all businesses and consumers to cease the distribution and use of these specific products. Authorities will oversee the systematic collection and destruction of the non-compliant goods. A deadline of January 25, 2026, has been set for local agencies to report their enforcement results to the Drug Administration. Any establishments found continuing to sell these prohibited items will face strict legal sanctions.
