This extension allows provinces and cities to strengthen their personnel and infrastructure, preventing procedural confusion when transitioning to new product registration and inspection protocols.

Simultaneously, post-market surveillance will be intensified for conformity assessment bodies and international standards such as HACCP, ISO 17025, or FSSC.
