DR. TALK | OFFICE ERGONOMICS – SMALL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LONG-TERM WELLBEING

On August 12, 2026, GLOBAL HEALTH & MEDICAL EDUCATION – GHME, in collaboration with Schneider Electric, successfully delivered a Dr. Talk session in Ho Chi Minh City on “Office Ergonomics and Related Health Conditions.”

More than a knowledge-sharing session, the programme encouraged participants to reflect on their everyday workplace habits and recognize how neck and shoulder pain, lower back discomfort, eye strain, and reduced concentration can result from small but repeated ergonomic issues.

Through a combination of scientific insights and practical demonstrations, participants learned:

• How to recognize common ergonomic mistakes
• How to set up a healthier and more comfortable workstation
• The 20-20-20 rule for reducing digital eye strain
• Simple neck, shoulder, and back exercises at the desk
• The 60-5 principle for breaking up prolonged sitting
• Essential guidance on physical activity, nutrition, and key health indicators

GHME sincerely appreciates Schneider Electric’s collaboration in delivering this meaningful programme and supporting greater awareness of occupational health and a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace.

📍 The Dr. Talk journey will continue in Hanoi on August 19, 2026. We look forward to meeting participants there and promoting positive working habits for long-term health and wellbeing.
