  • Practicing Certificate Violations: Thien Tam Pharmaceutical & Medical Supplies Co. received the highest fine of 15 million VND for failing to publicly display the required pharmaceutical practicing certificate.

  • Pharmaceutical Business Violations: * Van Phuoc Pharmacy was fined 7.5 million VND for failing to submit dossiers for periodic evaluation of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) compliance.

    • Hien Tri General Clinic was fined 12 million VND for mixing functional foods with medicine and providing unclear pricing that misled customers at its pharmaceutical counter.
