Family-integrated health loyalty solution launched in Vietnam

Amid rising cost-of-living pressures, a new technological solution titled “Vi Khoe Nha Ta” (Our Family’s Health Wallet) has been introduced by the Long Châu healthcare chain to optimize medical budgets for households. This represents the first unified health account model in the domestic market, allowing individuals to link their personal medical spending benefits into a shared family system.

The core mechanisms of this solution include:

  • Consolidated Reward Points: Instead of individual accumulation, all expenditures—ranging from medicine and supplements to vaccinations—across all family members (minimum of 3) are pooled into a single account. This enables families to reach higher reward thresholds more quickly.

  • Practical Redemption Value: Accumulated points can be used to reduce costs for future services or exchanged for various healthcare gift packages. Upon activation, users can access a voucher system valued at up to nearly 1 million VND.

  • Multi-generational Health Management: The platform is integrated into a mobile app with a minimalist interface, making it easier for younger generations to monitor and support the medical care of elderly parents or grandparents remotely.

According to the developer, the initiative aims to transform essential daily medical needs into a cumulative journey with clear economic benefits. Leveraging a nationwide network of thousands of healthcare touchpoints, this solution is expected to alleviate the financial burden on large households while encouraging proactive health protection habits through tangible incentive rewards.
