These targeted items were commercially registered by RQPHAR Viet Herbal Company Limited (or RQPHAR Viet Nam) and Medipharm Biotechnology Company Limited, with manufacturing operations localized at Santex Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Bika Pharma Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, and Beatexpharm High-Tech Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. The counterfeited list spans multiple liver protectants, neuro-tonics, multi-vitamins, and metabolic formulations (such as Liver RQ, Cordyceps RQ, Ginkgo-9000, Calci MK7 RQ, Stomach HP, Slim Body, Bo phe thanh RQ…).

Criminal Case No. 174 (Initiated July 11, 2025): Investigators seized 15 batches of adulterated health products commercially linked to Thao Nguyen Xanh Group Company Limited. Technical audits confirmed these batches were fabricated at the production lines of Fusi Pharmaceutical Company Limited and Hoang Lien Pharmaceutical Company Limited. Implicated items include joint-care pills, sleep aids, and dermatological formulations (such as Cordyceps Linhzhi Lysin, Cebra-Extra Sedative Capsules, Chlorophyll Collagen Gold, Glucosamin Sulfat 2NaCl 800.Oxtra, Calci Nano MK7 Gold, Glutathion Collagen L-Cystin 500…).
